One Winged Bird

 

Everything in this world was created in pairs. Like humans, limbs, animals, and others. All things that are paired must have separated. Not everything in the world is always the same. All things that are paired are beautiful, but not everything that is not paired is bad. Likewise a bird that has 2 wings to fly. But what if a bird only has 1 wing? Is it possible that he can still fly?

In a family, both parents are like the wings of a bird. Each child has 2 wings to help him fly. But what if one of the wings is broken, or missing?, is it possible that he can still fly?. It's true that losing a wing won't kill you, but it's just different. A bird that loses one of its wings may still be able to live and eat, but it is difficult and impossible to fly. Likewise, a child who loses one of his wings, he may still be able to live, but he has difficulty living life. His parents are like two wings that help him fly, and if he had to choose one of them it would be a disaster. If he had to be told to choose one wing, it would be the most painful decision he would have to make. How could he have chosen one of the wings that kept him alive?, otherwise it would be no different than telling him to die.

But a bird with one wing is not always sad. With the beauty and uniqueness that is owned by him, he will still be alive and looking for food. He is no less charming than any other bird that has two wings. When other birds looking for food or looking at the clouds, they will just flap their wings and fly. However, a bird with one wing will crawl along the ground and continue to stand on the ground in search of food. We may not be able to compare their distance and flying ability, but look at how they go through, it's certainly different. A bird with one wing will be stronger in the face of any storm or trouble.

Life is not just about who wins and loses, or who is fast and slow. But life is all about experiences. There is no need to rush in life because maybe we don't have time to look at the little things around us. However, don't just stand still, while other people are already walking forward. Maybe we have to move quickly on something, but don't forget to keep yourself in control. So for anyone you are going through a difficult time, I hope you can know that you are not alone and the fact  everyone is perfect in their own way. If you still think that your life is lacking and imperfect, don't forget to always look down. And if you still continue to look up then there will be no end, because perfection only exists in God.
